Everyone has heard that regular exercise will keep you healthy and it will help to increases your energy and metabolism, it can help with building strength and mobility while at the same time exercise will decrease your stress and improve your attitude, and who can't use a little help with that?  Not only that but exercise will also help you fight disease.  With all that going for you why would you not be exercising all the time?  And that's when out busy schedules get in the way.  In turn we give up our health to do other things that usually are lessening our health.  What you need to do is get into a routine that makes your workout part of your life style, so that you simply do your exercises as a routine just like going to work or brushing your teeth.
Exercise is not just about how far you can run or how big your muscles are.   Although, exercise certainly will improve your health and the way you look, and who doesn't want that.  But even more important is that regular exercise will give you more energy, and keep you more focused in your daily life.  A long-term study showed people who exercised as part of their daily routine where not motivated by getting bigger muscles or physically looking better but they did it because of the feelings they got from exercise along with increased energy and focus.  One other side effect of exercise that this reported was that all these people slept better and where more relaxed.
Not enough, well how about some of the added benefits of exercise such as reducing the risk of getting cancer, research has indicated regular exercise can lower the possibility of a cancer recurrence and improves survival. Cancer specialists are saying that the one thing that a cancer survivor should do is to have a regular exercise routine.

Move, be active.  Yes you do need to exercise, get off the couch and stop making excuses why you do not have the time, either you want this or you don't.  Change your movements when you exercise, change your workouts from lower body one day to upper body the next.  Change your exercises, have two or three different workouts, this will help your body to develop faster and make sure you include cardio for even faster fat loss.  Snack on dill pickles.  They have one calorie per slice.  If you need to snack there are things that are fine to have and eat smaller amounts more times throughout the day.
At times it can seem impossible, but if you put the effort out with a little hard work you will be able to lose your love handles. The more common name for your love handles is your oblique's, they are part of your abdominal muscles that run up your sides.

Those numbers add up to be about 78 million adults and about 12.5 million kids are obese in the US not just overweight but obese.   
Many of us who balance different roles like parent, full time or part time worker, spouse, volunteer, that we need the days to be longer just to get things done.  And that means exercise takes a back seat. 
If you can't  get to a gym or just don't like the gym, whatever type of physical activity you like,  the possibilities at home to be physically active are unending.  You can stay right at home and do all the necessary exercise you need, and you can really save time and money by doing this.  
What we need to do as a society is reset our minds, in to making activity and self discipline part of our daily lives.
There are reasons  we like to see people with great bodies, not just because they are attractive but because we know, that kind of fitness takes discipline and commitment and can be hard to maintain, but we know it would be worth it if we could just get there. 
Of course, that always sounds a lot easier than it is.  Remember those statistics, under five percent of adults participate in 30 minutes of physical activity per day, and only about 33% get the exercise they should each week. 
To help you change your mind set and start making getting and staying in shape part of your life style, here are a few things to consider.  Make exercise part of your life style.  Start eating a healthy diet, work out with a friend, this will keep you motivated and will give you someone else to be accountable to, choose activities you enjoy - exercise doesn't have to feel like work, and don't let it.  Determine a personal reason for wanting to exercise, set a specific time to work out, and stick to that time, set a realistic goal, and track your progress
On days when you really don’t want to work out, trick yourself into just getting ready and going to your spot that you workout.  Everyone has time for a five-minute work out.
