Exercise for Life
Everyone has
heard that regular exercise will keep you healthy and it will help to increases
your energy and metabolism, it can help with building strength and mobility
while at the same time exercise will decrease your stress and improve your
attitude, and who can't use a little help with that? Not only that but exercise will also help you
fight disease. With all that going for
you why would you not be exercising all the time? And that's when out busy schedules get in the
way. In turn we give up our health to do
other things that usually are lessening our health. What you need to do is get into a routine
that makes your workout part of your life style, so that you simply do your
exercises as a routine just like going to work or brushing your teeth.
Exercise is
not just about how far you can run or how big your muscles are. Although, exercise certainly will improve your
health and the way you look, and who doesn't want that. But even more important is that regular
exercise will give you more energy, and keep you more focused in your daily
life. A long-term study showed people
who exercised as part of their daily routine where not motivated by getting
bigger muscles or physically looking better but they did it because of the
feelings they got from exercise along with increased energy and focus. One other side effect of exercise that this
reported was that all these people slept better and where more relaxed.
Not enough,
well how about some of the added benefits of exercise such as reducing the risk
of getting cancer, research has indicated regular exercise can lower the possibility
of a cancer recurrence and improves survival. Cancer specialists are saying
that the one thing that a cancer survivor should do is to have a regular
exercise routine.
